Adult Psychiatric Program:
Garland Behavioral Hospital treats adults in immediate crisis such as suicidal intentions, and focuses on restoring healthier functioning through specialized treatment programs and medication management. This program is for those struggling with depression, anxiety, or other mood disorders.

Dual Diagnosis Program:
By employing an integrated approach, the dual diagnosis program simultaneously addresses both mental health and substance abuse issues.

Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit :
The PICU treats patients experiencing psychosis, who are a danger to self or others, and require acute crisis stabilization.

Geriatric Program:
A program serving the unique needs of older adults presenting with psychiatric issues and those with dementia who have a reasonable expectation for improvement. This program’s goal is to restore seniors to their highest level of functioning and independence.
